Vintage gold ladies Gruen watch, Veri Thin. I would say that this watch is from the 1940's or 1950's don't know for sure. The watch is in working condition but can't attest whether or not it keeps good time. The finish on the watch looks good, can't find it marked anywhere what the gold content is on either the watch or band.

The expansion band has a link that will not close all the way you can see this in the picture.

On the back of the watch it says Gruen Guidte base metal

The watch could use a good cleaning but we will leave that to you.
