You have 
Vintage ladies Nassau watch round face with second hand dial. Can't find out to much about this watch there is no stampings on the back to indicate what the gold content is or who the manufacture is, It's says Nassau on the face but we don't know if that is the model name or the manufacture's name.
The finish shows signs of wear on several places but the watch winds and keeps time, now if it's accurate we don't know.
The one loop for the band is broke and would need repair
